Home-Made Beer Batter Onion Rings
Serves 2
1 Very Large Onion
1 Cup of Flour
1 Tsp. Paprika
1 Tsp. Garlic Salt
1 Dash of Pepper
1 Cup of Beer (The rest is for you).
6 Tbsp. of Olive Oil
Mix Flour, Paprika, Garlic Salt and Pepper in a large mixing bowl.
Pour in Beer and mix well.
Place Onions in bowl.
In a large skillet, heat 2 Tbsp. of Olive Oil on Medium - High.
Fill
skillet with single Onion slices and cover.
Turn after 2 minutes and cook for an
additional 1.5 minutes.
Remove Onions and place on an uncoated cookie sheet.
Repeat with remaining Onion slices and Oil.
Place cookie sheet in oven and bake
at 450° for 5 minutes.

Start with your favorite onions.
Sweet, yellow or even red.
Slice them thick.
Dipping Sauce
1/2 Cup of Mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. of Inglehoffer® Creamy Horseradish
1 Tsp. of Paprika
1 Tsp. of Lemon Juice
A Dash of Salt and Pepper
Mix all of the above in a small mixing bowl.
