

Brand – originally, a burned mark for identifying livestock or slaves. I think we may have become slaves to branding. When I create a "mark" I still consider it to be the keystone of the identity. The branding of a company or product goes far beyond the simple mark and yet the mark needs to encapsulate the essence of the brand.
